System plugin which when triggered, by the URL, will redirect to another page with an optional message.
Multiple redirections can be configured, each being assigned a unique tiggering label.

- The name 'plg_system_bfdirect' can be changed to something unique and meaningful.

- Here the name 'plg_system_bfdirect' has been be changed to 'index.php' and a menu item path used for the label.
